This is a day to try out Ballet Barre for FREE! This dance-fitness course uses exercises practiced by professional ballet companies is designed for students of any age of ability. Ballet Barre combines techniques from multiple low-impact disciplines, beginning the class each day on mats to ensure a strong muscular foundation. With a focus on coordination, balance, and flexibility, students strengthen abs, tone hips and thighs, lift glutes, and sculpt lean, strong arms.
