Led by competitive bodybuilder Jason Quevedo, we'll further improve our deadlift progression by focusing on mobility work and practicing accessory lifts. Come join CREW in building more disciplined, stronger versions of ourselves.

1. Depart Station Using Exit 3. Turn right.
2. On your right, across a large plaza, you'll see the 스타 패리스 (Star Palace) Building. Walk across the plaza and enter this building.
3. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor where the gym is located.
